I must have been unlucky with a rogue cartridge - it was streaky on blocks of black and large fonts to begin with and then ran out during the first cleaning cycle I tried.
Thanks for expediting the shipment, hopefully I'll be able to use the printer in earnest soon.

I refilled my 902 ink carts and they would not work. I bought brand new HP carts that arrived today and the printer still only prints faded copies. Help!
I just deleted the printer and added it again and it worked--- simple. Thanks!

My 564 Hp cartridges look like they will fit in the Office Jet Pro 8025. I had to buy new cartridges while I was troubleshooting my old printer. Anyway that printer died and now I have lots of money in 564 cartridges. Will they work in the 8025 even though it says it takes 910? Thanks

Same issue as original post. When trying to follow instructions to reseat cartridges, cartridge does not move to position to allow removal.
I cannot find the HP Smart app on the web that it says I need to download it from. I did find it in the App Store so I downloaded it that way. I cannot figure out how to connect from my device to print to the printer. It says to go to my Wi-Fi settings and locate HP set up. However, that is nowhere to be found. I can see “Direct-4F-HP ENVY photo 7800” but when I click on that it requires a password for that “network”
Another words I need help connecting to the network
My HP Photosmart C4280 is connected to my laptop via USB cable. When I chose to test print, only the 1st line was printed, the rest was blank and it took very long time to finish that page. I chose a file to print, it also just printed the first 1 or 2 lines, the rest was blank, also took long time to finish, and kept printing the same work over and over again until I chose to delete in the queue.
I haven't used this printer for a while. A month ago when I didn't connect to the laptop, it printed test page correctly. I run HP Print and Scan Doctor but found no issue. Please help!
In January of 2019 my printer went from working flawlessly to having the fatal printhead error overnight.
I don't print much, but after owning the printer for three years at that point, I had just recently spent a ton of money on all four genuine HP cartridges only three months before. According to the printer settings and info menu, I've only printed 1322pages.
I am EXTREMEMLY upset that this printer (which cost nearly $300 when I bought it, couldn't even make it up to the page yield of a standard ink cartridge (1500 pages). I contacted HP support last year and gave up in my communications with them since they only ever contacted me while I was at work, and I couldn't answer, so they closed the case.
Please tell me there's a better way than spending a ton of money on a new printhead. I know this printer is out of warranty, but even car dealerships will sometimes do a "good faith" warranty to make things right. I happened on a used 8600 from a restaurant that closed down and this thing is going strong at currently 70,602 pages. But I want MY printer to work, especially since it still has full ink cartridges in it, although the way it's going, I'm sure they are currently just wasted money since they had "protected cartridge" enabled so I can't use them in this other printer I have. I tried to download the HPSmart App to my laptop. In the microsoft store, It says I own the app and it shows that the App is "starting download" with moving ...., but the App never stops downloading. The app is in the download que, but I can't get any further in the installation process. I'm on a wireless internet connection. What am I doing wrong, or what can I do to fix the problem? Needing to send items wirelessly to the printer from my laptop. The printer is working and I have the HPSmart app on my smart phone and can print from there wirelessly, so I am not sure what is wrong.
Can anyone help with the last part of my post please? I had hoped to hear back from ShlomiL but he seems to have lost me..

They look similar and might fit inside, but your printer will not recognise them.

Do you have a solution that can help me with my HP Office Jet Pro 8710 All in One, because I'm having the same issue with my scanner app. Once Windows 10 was downloaded, it hasn't work. It keep displaying error message, "You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link."

How can i reinstall fimware to my Ink Tank Wireless 415. It broke after doing a reset with the Print and Scan doctor. It has wifi issue. wifi bars and icons disappeared on the screen. writes only 0(zero). Firmware is up to date so the update tool doesn't reinstal firmware again. I can connect to wifi network with usb but after pressing the key and turning off wifi, wifi does not turn on again with wifi button. Even if it is connected to wifi, wifi status bars do not appear on the screen.There were wifi bars and wifi direct icons before reseting.

Thank you. After a bit of shaking and further investigation I found another very small foreign object in the printer. Got this out and it printed fine.
