The error message I receive is "There is a problem with the printer, turn printer off then on". The error code is B8BB3B3. I did the factory reset and then connected it to WIFI and it worked for a few hours but then received error message again. So I did the factory reset and decided to connect with the USB cable. That seems to be working. So why isn't it working with the WIFI? Any suggestions? Our computers are working off the wifi with no problem. Thank you for your help.

HP Smart Tank 660-670 well installed, copying in color but printing only in black& white.
Have just installed a new HP Smart 660-670. Installation went well.
Copy in color.
It seems that EXCEL, Acrobat... recognize that the printer is a black ans white one. In Files>Print It only displays preview in black and white. The box to choose Color does not apper. I tried configuration in Preferences Box and also in HP 123 app.

Re: Er11
An HP printer error code E11 usually indicates an issue with the toner cartridge or its connection. It might be due to a faulty cartridge, dirty contacts, chip misalignment, or a firmware problem.
See if EWS can provide more information.
This explains how to use the EWS
Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)
You can also ask Microsoft's Copilot how to fix the printer. Be sure to identify it as LaserJet, Officejet or Deskjet as some model names are identical but the printer is different. Be sure to ask Copilot for videos. Copilot has access to features and information that might be missing from the older HP manuals available on the web.
HP has a YouTube support page where can watch videos that answer questions and solve problems on HP printers. Typically unboxing, cleaning printheads and on rare occasion, Wi-Fi setup. Multiple language videos are usually available. You can also ask Microsoft's Copilot if you have the latest versions of Windows 10 or 11.
Go here and enter the model name of your system.
Let me know what you find out.
Printer Error
Getting "jam in print paper path. Open tray 2 and rear door" message, I have done this multiple times and there is no paper in printer. I have tried all the solutions I could find on line. I unplugged printer for couple of minutes. I have basically taken the printer apart and there is no paper in there. Any other solutions?

Re: My Info Light Will Not GoOff AND Printer Will Not Print
@ilivehere, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your HP DeskJet 4100 printer's "Info" light is on and it only prints test pages but not other documents, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check Printer Status and Connections
- Check for Errors: Ensure there are no error messages displayed on the printer's control panel or your computer.
- Connection Issues: Verify that the printer is properly connected to your computer via USB or network if it is a wireless connection.
Software and Drivers
- Driver Installation: Make sure that the printer drivers are correctly installed on your computer. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.
- Print Queue: Check the print queue for any stalled jobs. Open the printer settings on your computer, find your printer, and clear the queue if necessary.
Printer Settings and Troubleshooting
- Default Printer: Ensure that the HP DeskJet 4100 is set as the default printer on your computer.
- Run HP Print and Scan Doctor: HP provides a diagnostic tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor that can automatically fix common printing issues. Download it from HP's support site and run it on your system.
Additional Steps
- Reset Printer: Unplug the printer from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, and plug it back in. Power it on and see if the issue resolves.
- Check for Paper Jams or Cartridge Issues: Make sure there are no jams and that the ink cartridges are installed properly and have sufficient ink levels.
Network Connection
- Wireless Settings: If using a wireless connection, verify that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. You might need to reconnect it using the printer's setup menu.

Re: HP 3789 Region reset for cartridge compatibility.
@Indagator, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw - Touch Screen went blank
touchscreen has gone black.
I've read other forums and plugged in and turn on printer and disconnect cable and press power off button for 15 seconds. Reconnect cable, printer automatically turns back on.
Result - printer power light comes on, i hear the engine running and the touch panel is still blank.
Second option - open and close the front panel four times so the print engine prints a page.
Result - Printer prints a test page of coloured lines, no text. Touch panel is still blank.
Network test - I connected an ethernet cable to my router.
Result - no lights coming on receiving data.
Any ideas? Printer is four years old and at this price point I was expecting it to last much longer.
