Hi @Valeri79,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds incredibly frustrating to deal with an issue like this, especially when you've followed all the recommended steps without success. The "Printer Problem" and "Paper Jam" errors on your HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 might be caused by a variety of factors. Here's a step-by-step troubleshooting guide to help you narrow down and resolve the issue:
If none of the above steps work, the issue might be hardware-related, possibly with the paper sensors or feed mechanism.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi @ArPou ,
We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue seems to persist even after attempting the troubleshooting steps mentioned above.

I tried those. Now I tried the factory reset. Now I cannot connect my printer to the wifi so cannot get past the "printer setup" in the HP Smart app. Meanwhile, on the printer, it is still flashing the Error 11 for incompatible toner cartidge.
At least once a day I get the eject paper, wifi light, colour print and power light all stars to flash, this will start if I am using the printer or not or first thing in the morning. If I press the on / off button the printer will reset itself and work fine for six hours.
I cannot find any example of this in the HP help, if anybody has any ideas about what is happening please let me know.
printer is not printing and there is a message flash on the printer screen and that is SUPPLY SYSTEM PROBLEM kindly help.me out from this thanking you
I got the Error Code 0XB8CD9066 and the Printer won't let me do anything on it either. Before that I couldn't even connect my phone with it, ergo - I couldn't print anything either.
Will not print. Problem with printer or ink system message on printer screen. Turned printer off then on. Problem still persists. HP1299E7 Office Jet Pro 8600
Hello Elohi_NR.
Thank you for your response. First just for clarification, the day we set up the printer I only printed one page. It worked once. The next day is when I started having problems. Note: only my computer has an issue. All of our Apple devices (our phones, my ipad and husband's Mac) work just fine. Per your instructions, I have:
1 shut off and restarted both the computer and printer, to no avail. The print job does not even show up.
2 We only have one wifi network and my computer is connected to wifi. I have no other issues online.
3 The only software updates have been in connection to trying to fix this problem. I have downloaded the hpsmart app. It shows that the printer is ready and just now when I tried to print a test doc, it said my document is on it's way. No document shows in the queue.
4. The printer is the default printer. No jobs appear in the queue.
I am out of ideas. Any thoughts? Will likely take it back to the place we purchased it.
Thanks for trying to help.
HP PageWide Pro MFT 477dw error message B8BE2070 printer error message when printing a pdf but, other pdf print just fine.
Thank you for trying to help. I had seen your earlier post and tried it, but the software was not the problem. The problem was a small white wheel which had fallen off the spoke and jammed the cartridge. Per a video I found, in order to fix that, you need to dismantle the guts of the printer, which requires special tools. I did not have those tools. Like many HP printers, this one became disposable. I went and bought a new printer instead.
Printer says to load paper, however, the tray has paper.
Error code 0xb8412a30
Lights started flashing and screen turned blue and showed the following code with an exclamation point above it B8412A30.
We just installed the HP Smart Tank 7602 - all connected through ethernet. Test print page worked fine - some of the blacks were just ok.
When doing some real printing with multi-page documents, the printer would suddenly stop printing part way through a page. No real error reported. Then it sometimes started again from the beginning of the print job. Happened a number of ties. Also happened when trying to print just a single page. Feels like a network issue - not sure how to diagnoze.
Any advice?
My printer ink cartridge will not move into view when I open the printer top. How do I access the ink cartridge

After trying other options to get my HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 printer to work, I've deleted my default printer and think I've re-installed it. However, I'm still getting a printer error message. Help!
My printer is stuck on the loading screen. I have seen the dozens of other threads about the same issue, and followed HP's "suggestions" on how to fix it, but nothing works. I have tried to look for instructions for a hard reset, but the only way I have found is through the menu on the printer, WHICH IS USELESS WHEN THE PRINTER IS FROZEN!
HP, GIVE US A REAL SOLUTION THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
