Very helpful, thank you!
Had already done steps 1-3 without results (including ordering new power cables.)
Will take the printer to a repair shop to check out steps 4-6.
Your answer gave m hope that a repair might still be possible.
Thank you!

Led lamp blinking red. No paper jam. Printer is working. Firmware level unknown,
Please help me to install corrected firmware to HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g if I have already installed the wrong firmware.
I installed firmware version CKP1CN1516AR, and the new version 2011A (file : OJP8600_N911g-n_2011A.exe) already download.
Tried to run OJP8600_N911g-n_2011A.exe on windows 11 with printer attached to USB cable, it detects the printer, but I cannot thick the check box at the side of the firmware, so the upgrading process cannot continue, only cancel button can be clicked.
With CKP1CN1516AR, I cannot connect printer to wireless, and if connected with network cable, it can joint to network and internet, but the web service application built in cannot run, always error.
How to roll back, or force install the correct firmware? maybe by erase the printer's NVRAM and reprogramming with correct firmware.
Thank you for the help.
59.co will not go away after replacing ink cartridges. Tur
I replaced a 3760 with the more expensive 7300 tank series. The 3760nworked fine for years then decided to tell me I was not permitted to print. The new one worked well and then developed the same attitude. Prints a copy and then asks me to cancel or try again. Sometimes the message shows when it is actually printing. I am wasting a lot of money on instant ink. Reported to HP who were no help at all.
My printer as out of ink, i replaced the one needed with, a brand other than HP and it wouldn't work in my printer, so I then sent that one back, so I replaced them all with HP ink. Now my printer won't work it stuck on Printer failure, please help!
The power switch is on permanently, and can only be switched off at the mains socket. It will not print. There is an exclamation mark lit up by the number window. I put a new black cartridge in and ink level check shows both empty?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your printer that is stuck on loading screen.
A) Please follow the steps below to perform a power drain.
1) Take out the cartridges
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.
C) If the issue still persists, refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults.

Hi @AlanBG01,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.

I understand your HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer is experiencing two issues:
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot these problems:
Update Printer Driver: Ensure that the printer driver on your computer is up to date. An outdated or corrupted driver can cause printing issues. You can download the latest driver from the HP Support website.
Reset Print Settings: Go to your computer's "Devices and Printers" settings, right-click on your HP ENVY 6032e printer, and select "Printer Properties." Check the number of copies set for printing. Make sure it's set to "1" and not more. Also, reset any custom printing preferences to default settings.
The print spooler is a service that manages print jobs in Windows. Sometimes, it can get stuck or become corrupted.
Clear Print Queue: Go to "Devices and Printers," right-click on your printer, and select "See what's printing." If there are any stuck print jobs, clear the queue.
Restart Print Spooler:
Verify Printer Connection: Make sure the printer is properly connected to your network. If you're using a Wi-Fi connection, ensure it's strong and stable. Consider moving your printer closer to the router if needed.
Set Printer to Online Mode: Right-click on the printer icon in "Devices and Printers" and ensure that the printer is not set to "Use Printer Offline."
Sometimes, firmware updates for the printer can resolve issues.
If the issue persists, try reinstalling the printer.

I have an HP Deskjet 4155e. Just inserted a brand new HP 64XL black cartridge and getting a "Cartridge Error" message.
My mfp 179.printer keep initializing loop, never ending. Pls help
Going on the assumption that this is a M477, this is a common issue and was addressed by HP with a special engine controller update, separate from standard firmware updates.

The problem was a broken plastic arm that pivots to signal the door being opened or closed. It is behind a cover on the right side of the printer. In one position, it indicates the door is closed which is required for the printer to print or send information about the ink supply levels and in the other position, it indicates the door is open which is required to load or unload the ink cartridges (a barrier is in place when the door is closed). The plastic arm did not look very robust.

Hello,
the "59.C0 error" appears every now and then, allowing me to print only a few pages at a time.
I have found that I may have to change a small motor inside the printer but I can't find the model of that motor.
I also would like to know if there is a tutorial to help me change it.
I live on a small island and don't have any repair shop here...
thank you in advance
best regards
Camille
HP Envy Inspire will not 7900e series will not accept new hp cartridges, installed a BRAND new one i just bought this morning and still shows as empty. The black shows full but the tri color will not work, and even if i try to print something only in black it is not printing correctly. And of course my warranty expired yesterday. This matter is urgent as i need to print documentation for my fathers surgery. I have followed the virtual assistants instructions of: Lightly dampen a lint-free cloth with distilled water, and then wipe the copper-colored contacts on the cartridge. Lightly dampen a lint-free cloth or swab with distilled water, and then clean the electrical contacts in the carriage. etc. I have also reset and unplugged it. Please help!!!
Thank you in advance.
I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710.
I just ran out of yellow ink and replaced with new cartridge dated 8-2020.
Error message, Older Generation Cartridge. The one I was using prior to that was dated 12-2022.
Everything I'm reading sounds like a Firmware issue.
1. Can something be done so I can use these cartridges ? Very expensive and now useless.
2 If not, What date going forward do I need to use ?
