Says the cartridge cradle is jammed but it moves freely and there's nothing in there
I have a photosmart 320 series that keeps saying the cartridge cradle is jammed but it's moving back and forth but really fast. Don't know how to fix it

Error message “out of photo paper” but not trying to print a photo, won’t let me print text on plain
I am trying to print document from my iPad but only get an error message that there is no photo paper in printer. I have never printed a photo on this printer. I can print from my iPhone but not iPad

Running the length of the carriage should be a plastic encoder strip. This thin strip has a grid printed on it that an optical sensor in the printhead assembly reads so that it knows where the printhead is located at all times. if that strip is missing or dirty it can cause the printer to swing the head back and forth as it tries to determine the location of the printhead. Strip can be cleaned with a water dampened lint free cloth. Do not use any chemicals and avoid using too much pressure or you can damage the grid. I have run into cases where the one end of the strip has broken and no longer grabs the hook that holds it in place. If that is the case, you could try making a new end with duct tape.

Your new modem likely is using 5Ghz and the printer is just not compatible with that signal. That said, most modems are dual channel, the problem being is that your printer is only seeing the 5Ghz. You need to program the 2.4Ghz channel of the modem to a unique SSID and only allow the printer to connect to that 2.4Ghz channel. This will not affect any other functionality as any device that is using the 5Ghz channel can network with devices using the 2.4Ghz channel.

The 2 most common sources of noise are a empty/defective cartridge or a bad transfer belt. If the noise occurs during startup, remove all the cartridges and then insert one at a time, closing the door each time to listen for the noise.

Printer says out of paper
I am using an OfficeJetPro 8130e series - which I have had for a week. Serial No. TH452GP0SP. My PC runs on Windows 10. Things were reasonably OK until yesterday when on trying to print I started to get messages saying the printer was out of paper - but it wasn't. It will copy, and when I run HP Print and Scan Doctor it says "a couple of problems have been fixed, Try to print a test page". And the test page prints OK - but I still can't print my own docs. What is going on? Any advice will be appreciated.

Error 6, all lights flash
Hi.My printer is no longer responding. I did a reset from the app and on the printer but nothing worked. I have an E6 error and all the lights are flashing like a Christmas tree.
What can I do please?

hP Envy printer suddenly will not just print ONE copy!
When I request one copy it will start printing and error message comes up on iPad asking to retry or cancel print as it wants to print a second copy. Why is it doing this? It is annoying as extra prints come out of allowance unless I cancel the print.

How to do a Laserjet n209dwe factory reset?
I have lost the ability to find or connect the printer (Laserjet m209dwe) to my network from any device. I cannot connect via ethernet cable either, the blue light initially pulses and then maybe 10 seconds later the light turns to flashing amber. I have followed the user guides to try and reset the WiFi setting on the printer but nothing works.
The easiest solution is to just do a factory reset but nowhere in the printer guides and documentation do the instructions of how to do this exist. Please provide instructions on how to do a full factory reset. Thanks.

I'm SATVENDRA SINGH and i was buy HP ink tank wireless 419 printer on date 21/08/2022 and products continue was working in good condition last 2 years but still having some problem during print and also wifi connectivity problem.I think printer need service for continue working please do need full and if service for paid I will also pay because of warranty time over.

Tray empty or open
Printer won't print. When I try, it claims "Tray empty or open." I've opened and closed the try door numerous times and it still keeps reporting this. I need help asap.
