To resolve the "printer queue error" and "wrong printer port configured" issues with your HP PSC 950xi on Windows 11, follow these detailed troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Printer Port Configuration
Open Control Panel:
- Press Win + R, type control, and hit Enter to open Control Panel.
Navigate to Devices and Printers:
- Go to Devices and Printers (or View devices and printers).
Select Your Printer:
- Right-click on the HP PSC 950xi and select Printer properties.
Check Ports:
- Go to the Ports tab.
- Ensure that the correct port is selected for your printer. For USB connections, the port should be something like USB001 or USB002. If the port is not selected correctly, change it to the appropriate USB port.
