All of a sudden, the printer stopped working. I send a document to print, the carriage moves, the screen reads printing but nothing happens. I have to cancel from the screen. It will not cancel printing from the PC. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice. It will not print a test page. However, it will print a print quality diagnostics page which means the WiFi is connected. I ran the Windows printer troubleshooter and it reads no issues. Tried printing PDF files, Word docs, etc. Printer is connected to PC via WiFi. HELP!
Reads printing but nothing happening

Re: HP 9135E Keeps getting critical error F0.01.01.02
DO HP ENGINEERS READ THIS??? So after several more weeks with this printer, I have had NO ISSUES with APPLE DEVICES, however, the printer is CONSTANTLY offline in Windows.
To get it back, I have to run HP Smart, put in the pin number of the printer, and click on the wrench icon to run diagnostics. After running this the printer goes back online.
HP -- whatever those diagnostics are doing, you need to have happen automatically in the print driver!!! I can't have to stop and run this every single day.
If an engineer calls me I am willing to work with them (I won't charge my usually consulting rate) for free to recreate this issue for them, so we can do a service and fix it for the many people experiencing this issue.
need a picture of the 1312nfi demo page to compare to my printed demo page
I want to compare a 1312nfi demo page picture and a demo page from my printer

hp officejet pro 9015e will not detect paper size correctly
hp officejet pro 9015e will not detect paper size correctly and stops on the align printhead screen. When I try to continue the printer does not detect the correct size and errors to paper size mismatch. I cannot access the printer wirelessly as I had done a reset to try and fix the paper size detection issue. now I cannot access the home screen at all. Once the paper size mismatch screen shows it is locked up and will not allow me to do anything.
Note: the paper size detection issue was happening prior and in this community it told me to reset the printer to factory settings. That took away wifi access and I do not have a cable to connect via USB.

Re: Printer printing far down page
Hi @Sharoni1944 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP DeskJet 2752 All-In-One Printer is printing too far down the page, cutting off information at the bottom, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve the issue:
1. Check Printer Settings
- Paper Size: Ensure that the paper size selected in your printer settings matches the paper size loaded in the printer.
- Margins: Check the margins in your document settings. Make sure they are not set too small.
- Page Layout: Verify that the page layout settings in the application you are printing from are correct.
2. Update Printer Drivers Software and Drivers for HP DeskJet 2752 All-in-One Printer
- Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.
3. Align Print Heads
- Perform a print head alignment. This can usually be done through the printer’s control panel or the HP software installed on your computer.
4. Clean Print Heads
- Clean the print heads to ensure there is no ink buildup causing misalignment.
5. Check Paper Feed
- Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and that the paper guides are snug against the paper without bending it.
6. Printer Firmware Update Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the HP Support website and install it if available.
7. Print a Test Page
- Print a test page from the printer’s control panel to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the printer or the software.
8. Application-Specific Settings
- If the issue occurs when printing from a specific application, check the print settings within that application. Ensure that the page size, margins, and scaling are set correctly.
9. Reset Printer
- Try resetting the printer to its default settings. This can often resolve any configuration issues that might be causing the problem.
Detailed Steps for Common Fixes
Adjusting Margins and Page Layout
Microsoft Word (or similar):
- Go to File> Print> Page Setup.
- Check the margins and set them to a standard size (e.g., 1 inch).
- Ensure the paper size is set to the size you are using (e.g., A4, Letter).
PDF Viewer (e.g., Adobe Acrobat):
- Go to File> Print.
- Check the settings for Page Scaling or Fit to Page.
- Ensure the paper size matches your printer settings.
Updating Drivers and Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Visit the HP Support website.
- Enter your printer model (HP DeskJet 2752) and download the latest drivers and firmware.
- Follow the installation instructions provided on the website.
Aligning Print Heads
- On the printer control panel, navigate to Setup> Printer Maintenance.
- Select Align Print Heads.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the alignment process.

Re: Will mot cancel Print job
Welcome to the HP English Community --
True, there is a brief period when a job is first accepted by the printer that includes time to cancel the job at the printer.
After that, job control is turned over to the device (computer, tablet, phone) where the job originated.
Some devices include the ability to see, manage, and influence the job queue.

Cancel Print Job - Printer Print Queue
On those printers where the option is supported,
If you catch the job quickly enough, print jobs mighty be cancelled on the printer.
The “cancel” button might be labeled as such or might present as a red Xon the printer control screen.
NOTE: Where supported at all, it is normal for the “X” to display on the printer control panel for a short time.
What happens next?
After the job is turned over to the print service, cancel the job in the print queue on the computer
Reminder: Jobs might get stuck in a print queue or behave oddly if you do not have the correct printer destination selected in your job setup. Check, too, whether your printer is set as the Default printing device.

Print Queue / Print Service Reset
- After a print job has been accepted, it is turned over the Windows Print Services for completion.
- When a job is "stuck in the queue", it is sometimes because Print Services is stuck or otherwise “broken”.
- If the job is accepted and quickly disappears, it is perhaps the result of incorrect Temp folder permissions.

4100 deskjet Printer does not print, makes sounds of printing, claims tha it does but does not print
Hello everyone, I need urgent help, the HPdeskjet4100 printer does not print. It worked without a problem until a few days ago.. now it says hat there is no paper, even though there is, and does not pull pages, just makes a sound and says at the end: "the printing was completed" when nothing comes out. I have already turned it off and on without success. There are signs on the display that I don't recognize, There is a blue light near the wireless network . I should note that a printer test page two hours before this happened came out fine. I am printing from a laptop, with operating system windows 10. never had a problem with the printing. I would appreciate a practical help - not advice on starting to disassemble the printer - I don't have the knowledge or the ability to do this. Thanks in advance to the helpers.
What does the icon "ADF Error" stand for?
I was copying an article from a magazine. Got one two sided page but the next one only printed one page. Could not get the back side page to print. When I tried, the icon ADF Error lite came on and just spit the page out.
Printer Failure
Officejet Pro 8600
received the following error
Printer Failure
There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn off the printer, turn back on
If you continue to get this message, contact HP.
Issue happened after I received a msg that the Cyan cartridge was empty, and I replaced it. I've now replaced it with two MORE brand new cartridges. Neither power off cycling (for over 1 min), or changing out cartridges... seams to fix. The only thing that seams to make the Failure error go away is putting the old empty cartridge back in... and getting the empty empty/replace msg.
I've tried the "contact HP" as the message says, but apparently there is NO ONE to contact. Every attempt sends me to the "knowledge" bank or "Community support". So here I am.
