I am frustrated. Please help. I successfully used the CD to install the printer on my Windows Dell Dekstop.The user guide is a waste of trees and paper because there is nothing there!! No instructions or help. I figured out how to scan/copy however now my documents wont print. I restarted and unplugged and my wireless connection is good. In frustration I tried to add the printer to my google chromebook and print. However it doesnt appear to be Cloud print capable and I have even plugged the USB connection into both my desktop and chromebook and I still cannot print. It was easier to use my cheap basic printer and with the cose of the equipment I am appalled that there were not adequate instructions included in the box so I am forced to browse through this forum. My issue is I simply can not print !! I will be returning this device to Wal Mart tommorrow while I am on my way to print my documents at Kinkos...since my wonderful 3 in 1 printer will not print what I scanned and copied...not user friendly. I have never had this many issues simply connecting a printer and printing a paper. The chromebook has no CD drive for installation and I get an error on the HP installation site included in the user guide and again no further info is provided. Thanks if there is anybody who can help.
