Officejet Pro 6970 will not Print Error Message 0x6100004a
My printer will not print, I am getting a message paper jam and then error message 0x6100004a. I have unplugged the printer for 60 seconds but got the same error.

Print & Scan Doctor - Which Product?
I unboxed this thing yesterday, and the only thing it does right now is print. I'll post other issues elsewhere, but right now, I have this question:
I run the Print & Scan Doctor, which ultimately fails for me (separate post). It scans for devices, and finds "HP ENVY Photo 7800 series PCL-3 (Network)" and "HP ENVY Photo 7800 (NET)". It indicates that both of them are "Installed".
I want to solve my scanning problem. I think the first one is the printer. Do I choose the second one (HP ENVY Photo 7800 (NET)) or should it be finding something else?

No,
The printer is supported on Windows or later OS versions only, it is not supported on any earlier Windows version.

Hi,
Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software.
Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Deviceand follow the steps to reinstall the printer:

Please make sure your macOS is fully up to date by installing any update for your operating system:

Next, uninstall any existing HP Software by following the HP Uninstaller Utility below:
Next, download and install the latest drivers below:
Finally, open System Preferences, and then open Printers & Scanners to re-add your printer. be sure to select the printer model within the Use drop-down menu.

My printer is the same I’ve had for months. I had followed the instructions HP had for getting my windows computer to reconnect but it seems to have reset my printer somehow. Now it’s like it is a new printer. My HP account shows the same printer and serial number but the printer won’t connect to HP to let me use the instant ink cartridges anymore

HP Office Jet 3830
My printer power light continues to blink and hp screen is on but there’s no screen or error messages or anything

My HP Office Jet Pro 8730 All the sudden stopped printing
My printer just stopped printing.
One day I was printing perfectly fine and the today it is not. I went to print as I always do, go to my printer either wireless print or usb print and it didnt work. My computer said it was printing and I was confused, I looked on the printer and it just showed the top bar flashing green and then back to grey continuisly. I also saw that there was a red x and a pressed it and it cancelled my print job, I then tried again with the usb, same thing it didn't work. I reset the whole printer for about 30 minutes and then tried again. I looked on youtube and nothing shows my issue. I tried to see if the ink was the problem. The black ink is all full and the rest are not that full, but I was only trying to print a black document. I didn't get a ink cartridge failure because the ink is gone, their is still some ink in the colors because when i took them out is shacked the ink to see if there was any ink left and their is but only a little. I dont think the ink is the problem. I dont know what to do. Do I need to return my printer and get a new one? Please Help me.

Lost setup ink cartridges
Hello,
I have recently moved house and managed to lose the setup cartridges for my printer. It has never been used before and stuck on ‘’Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer’’.
The model is HP ENVY 5032

The refurb company I purchased it from referred me to their printer service person who in turn told me to return it. Seems there isn`t a simple fix for the instant ink account changeover issue.

Stops printing half way through, leaving me with half pictures or documents
Hewlett Packard OfficeJet 4650. It stops printing a quarter or halfway through a photo, I cleaned it out I’ve done little things but it continues to act up. Does anyone have any suggestions or maybe know what’s going on. Thank you so much for your time

Thank. After some review, I finally figured out how to change the photo paper to plain paper. It is tricky because the plain paper appears to be checked when letter size is checked and photo paper is not checked. But what one has to do is check the photo paper menu, and then the plain paper menu item comes up, and it can be checked, Solved the problem

HP Envy 5032 not printing photos correctly
When printing a photo, it works perfectly on boring A4 plain paper. When I change the paper to be glossy 5x7, and I amend the paper settings on the printed, and on the programme used to print from, it does not print correctly.
Occasionally it gets jammed, and I have to manually pull the paper back out.
Occasionally it doesn't jam, but nothing prints.

Gone through forums, and checklists, and virtual agent etc. getting rather fed up

Hi, thanks again for your reply.
After a while searching YT there are no options that work for my Photosmart B110a. The printer does not have a 'Trade at OOBE' option in the service menu. Are there any other workarounds like installing non-official printer cartridges?
I can't find setup cartridges for sale anywhere. Even replacement printheads don't seem to come with setup cartridges. Although I realize misplacing the setup cartridges was an error, I'm amazed that it seems the printer is rendered totally useless without these cartridges with no ability to purchase replacements to resolve the issue.
Any further advice would be much appreciated.

That is unfortunate.
The only other solution I have to offer is the second one from my first message - that is, see if you can get replacement ink from HP.

HP Officejet Pro 8020
Hi,
First time using. My printer will not print. Ink brand new. No lights or error message. Makes the sound that it is printing but page blank. Cleaned and made sure top vent on ink where clean. Downloaded everything to computer and phone. Printer is on line.
