When printing, I can create a custom printing size, and it appears in the drop down menu. But when I add the paper, it won't print the correct size. I keep getting a very small image on the large sheet of paper. I am trying to print 4" by 17" on a HP LaserJet 600 M602.
After printing, extra pages will print containing User agent and Host
I am experiencing my printer indicators flashing - the on/off button, the paper indicator and the two ink cartridge indicators. I recently re-installed the printer's driver. It worked for several days until a paper jam occurred. Since the jam, only one paper has printed. I have tried the print doctor and have unplugged both the computer and printer numerous times to no avail.
My printer once turned on shows two blinking red light at the top right corner, even when papers are in it. Then printer doesnt work. This problem was resolved twice under warranty and it still persist out of warranty
Hp injet 2135.....all the indicator light blinking continous and printer is not working

Unfortunately completing this procedure as suggested made no difference at all. It still prints nothing but blank pages.
I have now also tried removing the printer entirely from both my iMac and Macbook Pro ... then re-installing, but again to no avail.
I've just about had enough of HP printer in general right now. This unit is around 12 months old and was purchased to replace a earlier HP model. It too did exactly the same thing at which time I was advised to "buy a newer version" to resolve the issue!
Hi
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

First i tried just the power off suggestions.
That did not help, then removing the inkt system, did not help eather.
The solutionwas a combination of things above, removed and cleaned the inktsystem, factory reset, and putt in old inktcartridges.
Problem is solved
Hi, I am having the very same issue. Have performed the requested steps multiple times. Clean heads, and cartridges, factory reset on the printer, logged into my InstantInk account and i cannot receive any further cartridges until i resolve the issue.
Can someone help me please?
Hi
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printer icon.
Download and install HP Print and Scan Doctor, it is a Windows tool to fix printer issues.
If the issue still persists, try re-installing the printer driver -
1. In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program".
2. Look for HP Printer software.
3. Right-click to uninstall.
4. In the search box, type and open “Devices and printers”.
5. In the Devices and Printers, look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose “Delete” or “Remove Device”.
6. Open the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”).
8. Click on the "Drivers" tab.
9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click “Remove” at the bottom.
10. Select Ok.
11. Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows.
12. Close Devices and Printers Once the software and drivers are removed.
13. Restart the computer.
14. Download and install the software and drivers from here for Windows 10 (64-bit).
15. Click on the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello,
Did you mean the below mentioned lights are blinking ?
Resume , Power and Ink alerts .
If "No", then use the url to access the steps for various blinking state on the printer https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-ink-advantage-2130-all-in-one-printer-series/7174559/model/7174560/document/c04605899 .
If yes, then it occurs when the scanner is not working or the printer is in an error state. Below listed are steps that should fix the issue.
I don't understand.
The output tray on my printer doesn't move. It doesn't lift. It doesn't do anything. It is snapped in to place. And "forcing" it will break the tab. Sorry. I thought this was explained, as well as demonstrated in the photos. The printer guide you refer to is for a different printer.
Printer works perfectly over wireless, printing, scanning etc. However printer status in the app does not see the printer and record ink levels, copies etc.
If I open the smart app on my phone, on the same network it sees the printer and its status. Although not sure it is really seeing it as it comes up with Estimated Supply Levels.
