I have new hp ink for all 3 colors and black. The black will not print. Cleaned printhead and 0
I used Cartridge World ink and got a printhead error on the black ink. I cleaned the printhead and still wouldn't work. I purchased all new HP ink and the error code is gone. All colors print but no black. I have cleaned the printhead several times, alligned the cartridges and un plugged it. Still no black ink pages. Weird but don't know what else to do.

Stuck
- The ink catridge/printhead of My hp officejet pro 8610, has been stuck to the right after changing the ink catridges started getting error messages. Did a minor reset and that is when it got stuck...from reading problems from others in this forum, i am gathering that it is a hardware issue...my warranty has been expired..

I did take ur advice, followed the steps, cleaned the rollers, then tried printing.....crumple/fold at top left of page, then 1/2 way down, crumple, wrinkle right lower half. I'll be exchanging this little nightmare tomorrow. I've spent most of my day on this, used 1/2 the black cartridge as well. BUT I do appreciate ur help, thanks so much.

HP Envy 5660 in Error State
I have an HP Envy 5660 that says it is in an error state and won't print. I have been pulling out my hair over this issue for four hours. Here is what I've tried:
*Turning the printer off and back on
*Restarting my computer
*Making sure printer was plugged directly into the wall and not a surge protector
*Checking for driver updates
*Hard Reset as described in Rick1's post
*A second hard reset, as recommended by Rick1 (Why, though? This is dumb - if it doesn't work once, why would it work the second time?)
*Making sure printer was set to default
*Trying printing when printer wasn't set to default
*Restarting the printer spooler
*Made sure network sharing was on
*Using HP Print & Scan Doctor and following recommendations to uninstall and reinstall software.
*Actually did the above a few times throughout the day
*More restarting of my computer. All very exciting.
=>Internal test pages will occasionally print; pages from a pdf won't print.
How can I get my printer up and running again? Please help!

OfficeJetPro8600 Error Message when trying to Scan to Email
All of a sudden my OfficeJetPro8600 started giving error message "Username or Password incorrect" when I tried to scan to email. I have not changed any username or password. What do I do? Is there a way to enter another email if this one is causing problems?

this could be a hardware malfunction with the printer, and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options,
follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Hi to those who helped by listing their similar issues, this is for you.
This solved my problem:
- I uninstalled Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64 (KB4524147) and went back to
- Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64 (KB4514359) from September.
It seems like there is no support at Windows for this problem as yet.
No one at HP found the problem sufficiently interesting to post.
So, if you spend your days solving these MS problems, maybe you expect the rest of us to know how to solve this issue? That's not reasonable. I will not be relying on this "community" in the future.

Error code oxb80a7000.. What does it mean? Can it be fixed?
HP 4635 all in one printer unplugged and moved. Came on with various error codes before locking up completely. Makes no noise. Eventually after plugging it in a number of times per HPs terrible instructions the screen lit up with error code OXB80A7000. Can find no key to HPs error codes. What does this code mean and can my printer be saved. There is no comms between printer and computer. Printer is essentially frozen.

MS Office documents on Windows 10 won't print to HP ENVY Photo 7855 after last Windows update
After Windows 10 update, documents from MS Office go to print queue, but will not print on HP ENVY Photo 7855. Error message different for each product. Word: "Word can't print due to a problem with the printer setup"; Excel: "Current printer is unavailable. Select another printer"; Outlook: "There was an error when printing started. To check the printer setup, double-click the Printers icon in Windows Control Panel".; PowerPoint: "We found a problem with your printer setup and couldn't print". Other documents, such as email and test print work fine. No problem before the update. Diagnostics found nothing.

This might require remote access of your computer to fix this issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.

- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
