Buongiorno, sono in possesso di una stampante HP 3940, che uso non frequentemente, ma finora non mi ha mai dato problemi. Da qualche giorno la stampante pare si sia bloccata, nel senso che lampeggia sempre la luce sul tasto di accensione e quando la riaccendo continua a prendere i fogli, si bloccano a metà e per poter farli uscire devo intervenire di nuovo su tasto di accensione. Riesce ma non stampa niente e la luce continua a lampeggiare. Ho provato a disinstallare il dispositivo e a installarlo di nuovo. Ho provato a staccare la stampante e riattacarla dopo qualche giorno, ma niente continua a fare la stessa cosa. Qualcuno potrebbe dirmi cosa fare per rimetterla a posto? Grazie!!

How do I get to the home screen to do this? When I turn the printer on it boots up to the Set-up cartridge error screen. There are no lit icons to move to the home screen. touching or swiping the screen or pushing where the home screen icon should be when lit dont do anything.

Error OX6201922a
The printer prints 1 page then half of another then all lights flash and this error code comes up on my 6230. I have reset the printer cleaned print heads etc but still doing it. Help!!

Im not sure you understand what my problem is. I already received the instant ink cartridges in the post.
They are both installed now but the black doesnt print, only the colour. Ink levels say full.

hi, for the life of me i cannot get the printer code on my 7740, when it first printed it out yesterday it only printed half a page, since then big frustration has set in with lots of hair pulling,...please advise-jon

Instant Ink
I've just inserted my instant ink cartridge for the first time, and after printing out three pages i checked my account which shows I have printed out 224 pages. This is the first time i've used instant ink, the previous pages i'd printed out with the cartridges that came with my new printer. I've tried to contact hp to talk to someone but i'm having problems. Is there a telephone number i can call to resolve this issue?

Here is what solved this issue of error code 0xC19A0003:
I let the printer unplugged for a whole week, ink cartridges removed. Maybe some ink, which had fallen on the printhead dried in the meanwhile.
Then, I put back the cartridges and restarted the printer. It performed a full reinitialization process (calibration, etc) and was ready to print again.
All the best to those who can benefit from this solution!
I also discovered the "support menu", which contains some reset functions (useful in case the printer does not reinitialize itself after a week), accessible just by pressing the back function 4 times when the screen shows the three functions "Copy-Fax-Scan"

You might have print cartridge issue.
Open cartridge access door and check in front of print cartridges date on them, if they are too old your print quality is poor, and you will probably need to replace them with new ones.

colour cartridges run out - fitted new cartridges from HP INK printer accepted as genuine and shows full
printer does not print any colours only the black on the page all print in colour is missing
i have removed the cartridges and replaced back in to position still the same

My printer won't orint anything. Screen says 'There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP'. I've struggled to get any help from HP. Any ideas?

I understand I need to keep the whole system in the same language. That's what I want. The problem is, I couldn't find a settings to change the language of the Solution Centre anywhere. I tried reinstalling the software but it doens't let me choose language in the setup. I downloaded the .exe on the Dutch HP website.

I'm thinking of buying the Officjet 6950 but one thing is not clear to me: is it possible to put more than one document in the documentfeeder and scan those automaticaly or can I just scan one document at a time?
Can't find the answer anywhere, even in manual.

In preferenze di stampa non ho accesso a nessuna scelta (icona con lucchetto): stampa quotidiana generica, fronte retro etc.
Ho fatto la scansione con hp scan and print doctor senza avere nessun messaggio di errore.
Ho disinstallato e reinstallato il driver senza successo.

Paper jammed in the printer and in the process a small white cog wheel broke. It is the one closet to the printer cartridge. tray. Do you know where I can get a replacement part.

Instant Ink Issues
I am a sped teacher and do a lot of printing. I bought a printer with an Instant Ink capability. But, I can't effectively use it!!! When the printer is on, it interrupts the connectivity of all the other devices in the house---computers, smart phones. My husband works from home using his computer, so this is not good. I called HP support, NetGear support, still having the problem. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

HP Officejet Pro 6830 does not recognise its original 'refilled' ink catridges
Hi, I have printer HP Officejet Pro 6830 . It was working fine and has been refilled with generic ink from the superstores ( e.g. non-hp provided ink) previously with no issue.
In the last few days it has come up with the error of " Use set up catridges that came with your printer" after latest ink refill
Despite running scan doctor the issue remains.
I tried updating firmware from HP website but it shows as having the up-to-date firmware (the option is greyed out and displays the message)
I have tried removing the printer altogether (including software from my printer) and re-installaing to no effect. I believe this issue has started arisen after HP changes so that the users of HP can only use HP provided ink for refill !!!!!
Is there any solution to resolve this issue?
The printer has been working fine until this issue.

Hello, David, i call to the service center. They tell me find machine with Windows XP install original drivers for psc 1215 and try to print. I install Virtualbox from Oracle on my computer, then Windows XP, then intall drivers for psc 1215. Look i print simple text on XP, then print text on Windows 10. I used my computer with installing Windows XP and Windows 10. Look on XP there is no shadow on text. On windows 10 the shadow on text! Then i try print text on my another pc-machine with Windows 10. Text was with shadow! I think this is problem with driver for Windows 10. Can you say anything?
