My 6830 all of a sudden started printing everything about 1/4 inch too far to the right. It is true with text, pictures, word docs, web pages, and also when I try to copy a hard copy of a page. Everything is shifted right. No other print issues.

When touching wireless icon I get the following message:
"This feature has been disabled.
Contact the person who set up the printer."

- Yes, I cleaned the cartriges and the ink applicator or whatever its called (both clean settings found in the tools section)
As a side note I have tried all the steps and checked everything, I know it isnt the paper and the ink cartriges aren't low.
I lost the ink cartrige that was sent to me back in Janurary due to me moving. i have lost a couple other things but i think that has to do with the loading and unloading people. i also noticed that the printer is out of warranty.
first, how can i get a replacement since i have no color ink and two how do i renew the warranty?

How do I find the email address for my Envy Photo 6200 printer
My HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 will not print from my comupter- there is no option for that printer, although there is an option for the 8710 fax. (but it does show the printere is installed). I have reinstalled the drivers and tried to setup the printer numerous times. It prints only from my phone. Eveerything was fine until i stupidly ran an update for the printer. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
According the manual, the printer should auto-shut off after 2 hours; but it doesn't.

My 8620 stopped working at the same time, and still doesn't work. I have found that mine won't even try connecting with WPA2 anymore.
Juding by other threads with people who have the same issue, and the extensive troubleshooting I have done, this appears to be an HP issue.
I fully understand the steps above as I am a network engineer, and quite honeslty, they are all basic. Every user, including myself, states that this began without any changes to the environment other than the printer self updating. This is not our network issue, but an HP printer issue.
Has anyone figured out a solution yet?

That's a rather obvious solution, but it doesn't scale when you print 500+ pages a day.

this is my first time I write on this forum, because my HP printer, All In One PSC 1215, doesn't give me any problem since I got it. I used this printer with Microsoft OS Win Xp, Win 7 and now Win 10 even if some functionalities looks like disappeared with the latest. This is my problem: since many weeks when I print anything, it prints all with red color, so if there is text or image with own color, instead it prints with a light red color; I tried to use the hp tool to solve the problem but the only thing I understand maybe there is a problem with the driver even if with Win 10 initially the printer worked perfectly. After, I tried to download other drivers version but the problem remains, so I decided to ask you if there is a solution or I have to change my printer. Please, could anyone suggest me a solution ?

Not to long ago I've signed up for the HP Instant Ink and received my first cartridges. ;
Upon installing the cartridges the it keeps saying there is a problem with the tri colour ink cartridge. Have removed reinstalled and cleaned with a cloth as directed but still keep getting error message
