i have used deskjet 2135 printer from nearly 1 year, Catriedges ink refilling and set to printer after access door closed catrieges lights blinking,  as saw the demo of catriedges fitting in youtube so many times i will try. but no use after access door closed lights are blinking. why this problem comes  with the access door/ fitting of catriedges/not. please clear my problem or i compulsorly visit repair centers

Unable to reset HP 2545 Printer

My printer was working fine and I was able to print from phone as well  but all of sudden one day it is not giving the wifi option.  I even tried to connect via a computer by connecting the USB but it didnt work. So I feel the last resort is to factory reset the printer. Can anyone let me know how do I do the factory reset Deskjet 2545. Thanks.

Printer printing without me telling it to. Prints every morning at 9am.

I have been trying to find out how to get my printer to stop printing jobs that I did not authorize.  I checked the queue and there is nothing scheduled.  This started approximately 7 days ago and I still do not know what is causing this.  No one knows my hpe email address nor any other personal information concerning my computer or printer.   I went to the Security section of my printer and it is saying that  "everybody"  has permissions.  I have never given permission for everybody to print from my printer.  There are also two lists of numbers that is stating that they are permitted to print and manage documents but, I did not give this permission.  My aol email but not my email for HP nor is there an hpe email listed in permissions.

 

How can this happen?  And what do I do.  When I posed this question 7 days ago one member of this forum said that my printer will not print unless I tell it to.  But I have not done this.   What is printed everyday at 9 am are ads from Zulilly.com.

 

Please help me!

Hello,

i have the problem with this message: 'HPStatusBL.dll module could not be found'.

It's a very annoying message!

I read in a post to delete a file at the following address: c: \ users \ * username * \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Start Menu \ Programs \ Startup \
I have checked but I do not see any files to delete, even though I have activated the hidden files view.
How to do?

For some reason I keep getting the mentioned error message on my printer screen. It has only just started happening and I've not changed any settings/cartridges etc.

 

I've tried to reset the printer by removing the power cord for several minutes, still nothing working.

 

I've also tried all reccomended answers that have been given on other peoples posts, still nothing. 

 

The one thing I can't do is remove the ink cartridges as they are locked in place.

 

Please advise

HP Easy Start goes blank during installation

Hi

 

When trying to install the driver to my 8730 all purpose printer, the HP Easy Start installation wizard goes blank.

 

I get as far as selecting the printer to setup (so the connection to the printer works), and when pressing continue, it says connecting to HP.com...and then the installation screen goes blank.

 

If I then click the "x" to terminate the window, I get an option asking if I want to skip to Sodtware Download...and if I say yes then I can down load the basic driver, and it works to print.

 

The proble is that I want to install the full feature driver so I get access to edge-t-edge printing and also the iris ocr software....

 

So what do I do?

Failure to send out replacement Ink

I am  on the Instant ink programme yet not for the first time i have ran out of ink and dont have a replacement. My printer is online all the time so unclear why I havent received a replacement.

Hi There

 

I have tried:

 

1) Cleaning the cartridges

2) Removing and reseating the cartridges

3) Updating the software

4) Uninstalling and reinstalling the software

5) Running the HP print doctor program

6) Cycling the power to the printer

 

In addition, this morning I installed Revo, uninstalled any software to do with the printer and then reinstalled it. The cartridge lights are still blinking to show that they are empty even though they are nearly full, and when I try to print a diagnostic page or clean the cartridges I get the message that the printer is busy.

 

I appreciate that you are helping and trying to to through a step by step process but I have already done this. It isn't anything to do with the heads being dirty, this is a trick that HP use over and over again to stop consumers chosing who to buy their ink from. The irony is that I can't even sign up to instant ink now as I can't get the printer to print a page with the WPS PIN on it as the printer won't print!!!!!!! All I want to do is continue using the printer as I did in the past, why is that too much to ask?

You currently don't have Instant Ink cartridges installed in your printer. Please install them now.

I've set up my printer as per instructions in handbook. Instank Ink cartidges I received with the printer have also been installed. On the box it stated I would get a 3 month trial but this hasn't registered and my HP Smart software has an error message stating You currently don't have instan ink cartridges installed in your printer, please install them now. I originally set up the printer using Wifi but have now also tried plugging it up to my laptop using the USB cable and it's still not showing them registered, PLease help!!

I replaced the Cyan and Yellow. I have gone through the precedures you suggested and also checked the validity of the drivers, which was up to date. The inks I amusing are authentic HP inks and nothing appeared amiss prior to changing them. If I put the old inks back I get the message up statup inks require changing. In over30Years of using Hp printers I've only had one that has been dud - maybe this is the second!!

Lines when printing photos using Envy 5530

I am experiancing really poor quality photo printing. Horizontal lines especailily in light blue skyes etc.

 

I am using HP Advanced Photo Paper and have printer setting on photo paper and fine quality. I have installed new genuine HP cartridges (both colour and black), I have used printer alignment, and run a print quality report, and tried cleaning print heads.

 

Are these printers not capable of printing a good quality photo?

 

I did not have this problem with my old Epsom!

 

Any help/guidence whould be much appreciated.

 To answer your questions. 

No, I did not uninstall and install. 

No, it didn't happen after an update(that I am aware of). 

And my OS is windows

 

BUT, I followed your instructions step by step and it corrected the problem. 

 

I would love to know what caused it but am happy that it is working correctly.  Thanks again!!

Lets try this.I have not tried this and don't know your printer model.But lets try and maybe it will work.

 

Turn printer on.Press and hold cancel and powerbutton at same time.Enter special key combo should display.press in sequence the blue,green and grey buttons.This should enable the support menu.navigate using blue,green and grey buttons to reset menu.Select semi full reset.Printer should start the reset action.
