I am able to copy color pictures and print test pages in color. When I try to print from documents or pictures they come out in black and white. I am using operating system MacOS 10.12.6. I have tried redownloading printer drivers and it still does it. Any advice? Please let me know. Thank you.

It has been available in the US for more than a year by now. In NL only the slower HP PageWide Pro 477dw is available.

REPLACING INKJET CARTRIDGE PROBLEMATIC
I HAVE AN INKJET PRINTER, HP8710. WHEN I ATTEMPT TO PUT A NEW INK CARTRIDGE IN THE PRINTER, IT WILL NOT SET PROPERLY. OF COURSE, I NEED MY PRINTER BIG TIME. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG. My HP Envy 4520 will only print intermittently.
My new HP Envy 4520 prints intermittently. Some times it will print straight away and then other times I just keep getting the cant locate the printer message. I have tired all the fixes on line and nothing seems to help when it wont work. THere is no reason that I can see for this random chosing to print or not! PLease help. I am really fed up with this prnter and wish I had never bought it!

Not printing all colors
I have an HP Officejet Pro 8500 A909a with CMYK carts. When I try to print, I get black, some faint magenta, and no cyan or yellow. I have just replaced the ink carts and run the print head cleaning protocol several times without success in printing full color. I am running Win 10, 64-bit. The problem occurs across several applications including Open Office, Corel, and Chrome.
I have checked the print parameters in all of the applications and they are all set for full-color printing. There are no error messages. There have been no software or driver updates since the last time I successfully printed in full color.
What is the problem and what is the correction?

OfficeJet 5740 Will Not Connect to Internet
I am signed up for Instant Ink, but the printer will not connect to the internet to be able to do this. It prints fine via a USB connection, but I have to override the "network" warning each time I print. Thanks.

Printing Borderless
I just purchased this printer. My old printer printed borderless without a problem. I am printing an 8.5x11 page borderless on Adobe Acrobat DC. I chose borderless printing, actual size, etc. However, it seems to be printing slightly off center. The lower and left margins have a 1/8 inch space. The right margin is cropped off by the same size. I am not sure if its an Acrobat thing or HP. I tried to adjust every Acrobat setting I know. Any ideas?

Installed New Cartridge and Link to Reward does not work

My printer screen is stuck on the "quick forms" tab and wont allow me to access any of the functions
I turned off the comouter, unplugged everything for a while and it still does not repond. It appears that this happened after a HP update this month. I cant undo the update and I cant remove the quick forms.

replacing one ink cartridge in my 6700 printer
I took out one catridge from my printer and closed the door with power on and now I want to place the missing catridge in the slot but after opening the cover the carrier is not travelling to the front for repacement and the message is coming do not SWITCH OFF untill catridge is replaced.
How to reach to the ink carrier for replacement?

Accidentally set admin lock on printer
I just discovered the HP Smart app for Apple iOS devices. Decided to review & print all the system information/network preferences since I would like to start the remote printing option. I have NO idea what I did, but now every single setting requires an admin ID and password. I think I got confused researching my router, internet provider and printer log ones.
could someone please send me specific information/instructions/links to un-do my screwup? It looks like instructions seem to be sent through the private forum mail. 3+ hours of "oh goody, let me go through my devices and check for updates and finally learn how to do more than print documents on my 8610" time has the left & right hemispheres of my brain fighting a Battle Royale...

Officejet Pro 8620 not print in Win Office
Hello,
for some days I have serious printing problems.
In short, I can not print any files from Office 2010 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Instead I can do it without problems from other non-office programs.
Specifically when I try to print from Word, the printer do not point to any errors but simply do not print (the printer icon appears but the ZERO queued documents).
When I try to print an email from Outlook a message says "Printer is not ready".
This is the error that appears when I try to print from Excel:

Re: Everything prints greyscale/black and white
So what I tried to do first was print the photos with photo paper in my printer (I loaded the paper it asked me what kind I had loaded and I chose photo). When I tried to print them it just said they were spooling and it did nothing, so then I tried to fix it but that didn't work. The long and short of it is that I removed the printer from my computer then had a time trying to get it back and when I did it would only print in black and white.
Even when I go into previews for photos as in I double click them and it brings up the viewer, they show up in color but still print black and white. When I try to right click on the picture and select print, it usually shows a preview of the photo in color, but yet again its only in black and white. Also I have done this with other pictures on my computer and they have the same problem, so its not just the photos.
I forgot to mention that my printer is an Envy 4520 if that helps anything. I'll try any steps you have, and like I said its not that it has problems printing black and white, its trouble is with color.
P.S. Weird thing is that I tried printing things off in between the first and last try and they printed color, but for some reason it seemed to swap between the two only twice then stayed black and white for the rest.
