i am unable to print colour print from my Desljet GT all in one printer and i do not get any error message
So I have bought a new ink catridge and normally I am able to get HP Rewards, but this time when I click to get my rewards it directs me to a page " Time for an upgrade ". What should I do ?
Perfect solution!! Two little pieces of dirt (ants?) right in the middle of the scanner glass like you said. Thank you so much, could have been an expensive fix.

Jim Easton
I don't think we're on the same page on this issue. My printer will not print on line, it is not a wireless printer. I use a USB cable to connect directly to my desktop. Hope this clears things up.....................
i have a notification that i got reward after i change my old cartridge with new one. then i was directing to this page. but i can't find how to claim my reward.
it's make me wasting time on reading this whole web to find where i can claim my reward and wasting my internet quota also.
can somebody shosw me how to claim my rewatrd?
thank you in advanced ^_^
From one page to the next the black cartridge will not print. If I recycle the printer it will print maybe on page then stop, sometimes it will only print part of a page. I get an error message that tells me the black cartridge is either empty or damaged. The cartridge has about 80% in it, by weight and a new chip was put on it. Nothing helps. I changed the cartridge, no difference. I worked through the online instructions to fix this problem, no difference. The final instructions were to get the printer serviced or replaced.
Hi, I managed to contact HP customer services and they run through several options you mentioned but as this didn't rectify the problem they are sending me two new cartridges.
They inform me that I should try printing at least once a week so as the cartridge dosnt dry out, not happy with that.
Thanks for your reply and help
I can relate. Searching for the code provided by the web interface leads to digging in ancient threads with no provided solution whatsoever.
Is it to harsh to demand a simple document enlisting the printer event IDs?
I for myself got my coworkers explanation of "strange behaviour" of our company's HP Officejet Pro 8100.
It would take forever until the print starts, then the pages would need forever, printing line for line, even skipping whole sectors of the printed document. (the last thing I could not evaluate, but I don't doubt it)
First thing I checked for spooler on all sending PCs (Win 7 64bit) activated, which was the case. Then I checked the web interface and found this event log:

The last 6 events were caused by my troubleshooting, printing test pages, sending prints from our software etc.
Fun fact: My co-workers gave me a recent printout regarding the ePrint-service which is neither activated nor desired (in my company; got the same printer for my household and use it - with variing success, btw) but this haven't been the case for months now. After the first few tries the printer had stopped it's attempt of convincing us of the great benefits of ePrint and happily worked as intended ever after, first via USB on one PC, now via ethernet in our network.
I don't know if my co-workers just pressed the ePrint button while trying to troubleshoot the annoyingly slow printing, though.
fun fact 2: just checked the page count. It tells 12616. So how can page 12695 cause an event?
I try to connect for the first time my pc, through a wireless connection, with my new Hp 6950 printer.
But during this process, my pc loses its wireless-Wifi connection!
When after some secs the process reaches an end the wifi connection with pc is restored!
It seems the process of connecting with the printer is a stoppage with the wifi connection of pc!
I haven't seen this matter in my pc before with any establishment!!

Having installed the full drivers for my new printer, the printer can print fine on plain paper but prints blurry photos on HP glossy photo paper. Please help me fix the problem so I can print photos properly!
Hi,
I have been enrolled in the HP Instant Ink programme for a while. I recently took part in an "Insiders" test and was given a promotion code as a result for a few months of Instant Ink service. Anyone know how I can add this to my account?
Thanks!
Matt
Ok, so the solution was pretty simple - I had loaded the paper the wrong way - I realised as soon as I picked up the photo paper and got ink all over my fingers from it!
Many thanks, by removing the software and reinstalling it has cured the problem! I can now print in colour!

Hi,
Your printer is not wireless enabled so you won't be able to print wirelessly without your USB cable.
Hi,
Make sur eyou are not using the wifi direct feature in which the printer generates its own wifi signal to which you can connect directly (although this prevents your device from connecting to the internet). You'll recognise the wifi direct network as it will hav ethe printer name in it. If you see this network it means that you have wifi direct enabled.
If you have a router and home, then disbale wifi direct and connect both printer and all devices connecting to it to your home wifi network and you should then be able to print fine.
Since you have done everything on the HP web page, try these Youtube videos here.

Search for more it needed. If no joy your printer is toast.
Every time I start my Deskjet Ink Advantage 2135 to print a document, it prints first the test page.
