Can you print a copy from the printer control panel selecting 2 for the number of copies, same pause?
I apologize to HP and anyone who may have been misled by my too-quick conclusion. The new printer was the only change in the system, so I "naturally" assumed the printer to be at fault. My browser and email program have similar printing procedures (??). The browser has the date-time stamp problem, the email does not. The printer should not have entered the picture. I've checked this on my wife's computer, and on our laptop. The two desktops run the same OS, the laptop a different OS. All three have the same problem in the same browser. I have thus shifted the blame to the browser. The laptop is now downloading an update to the browser, and I have hopes that this problem may really be solved. Again, apologeze to all whom I may have misled.
A very warm welcome to the HP community. A very good day to you.
I understand that you have an HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer and it prints only in black color from your Mac computer. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.
I would like to know the following information to assist you better:
Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
Please perform the steps mentioned under "Step 13: Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles" and "Step 7: Align the ink cartridges" from this link.
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Let me know the outcome. Good luck!
Hi there, just set-up my new Deskjet 3630 - it all went fine and it's working well. But I've realised I've set it up on my neighbour's wireless network, which I had been using until I got my own wireless installed today.
So I can use the printer, but I have to come off my network and join my neighbour's.
I can't run the set-up again to connect the printer to the right network and can't see anything about swapping networks in Settings - on my MacBook or on the printer or HP site.
I'm sure it must be easy... can anyone help please?
Thank you!
The airprint only works after I power down the printer and power it back up. once the printer goes idle the mobile device cant find the printer. even if I wake it up still not able to find it until i power it off and back on. have the same issue when I use the HP print app. any help would be great
Thanks

Hi
Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that the issue still persists only with MS Word.
This could be an issue with MS Office settings.

You have a good day ahead.
Our printer keeps throwing 61.00.02 errors, and to power off/power on. When I look in the Event Log, I see multiple "61.00.02 General engine failure C4EB0E00 (the last line is below).
50 6/13/2017 3:14:08 PM 97591 61.00.02 2308212_000699 General engine failure C4EB0E00 0
Does anyone know what causes this? And, more importantly, what I can do to stop it?
Thanks in advance!

I have newly bought HP Printer Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M177fw. after few days the display only show HP logo.
I cant access copy, fax, print functions on printer.
Please is there a solution Help ME!
Thank You
Initially received error message " missing or failed printhead" while printing. Followed all of HP Troubleshooting suggestiions ie. removing/replacing printhead, re-booting printer and etc. with no success. Ordered, received and installed new replacement printhead and start up ink cartridges. Start up with new printhead and ink cartridges will not proceed beyond beyond "Aligning Printer" message.
There have been no recent driver or software changes. This printer operates on a wireless connection to its source computer located immediately adjacent. Windows 10 has been the operating system for almost a year.

I understand that you get "One or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged" error message on your HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer.
This issue could occur if the electrical contacts on the cartridge or the printer are defective.
Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Resolving 'Ink Cartridge Problem' Error
Let me know how this works.

I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer wherein it is printing green instead of black. I also see that the test page is fine.
This issue could occur if the firmware is not updated.
Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.
And here are a few steps for you in the link: Firmware Update
You may also check the steps from the document in the link: Fixing Poor Print Quality

You're welcome. I appreciate you taking your valuable time to troubleshoot and reply.
I suggest you to perform a firmware update on your printer via this link.
If the printer still does not print, then would suggest you to replace the black cartridge and try printing.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted. Good luck!
After successfully printing a document, the printer keeps it in the queue for 10 minutes before giving an error message. In the mean time, no documents can be printed. After I receive the error message, I can resume printing other documents. I am not able to delete the print job to remove it from the queue. Help please.
