In middle of printing all printer lights starts blinking and printing stops after pressing On/Off button it's restart the printer.

My HP360 wide format printer keeps error on screen when starting up initializing program, and i can get to the purge ink maintenance screen, to reset error now the pip has been replaced , any one have idea to ,connect via usb ? or cat cable , thanks , IDEAS

Are you getting an error message on the printers screen, or what is the current issue?
spell check, CAN"T get past the error display to the maintenance screen
Full story Hp360 wide format printer (MODEL -NP184EB30 ) Two weeks ago error message was with regard to light magenta error 26.02.10 Leaking , , after some investigation the pip Sencer was replaced with new, now when i start the printer the same error
I have tried removing ink cartridges, drain power and swap to new cartridges
don't know what i should do now , if any one has any experience with these touch screen errors, could anyone help Thanks 10/4/2025
In HP1020 which is online, the yellow light starts blinking after receiving print command. The reset button is required to be pressed for few seconds and it starts printing. It happens for every page that it print whether single or multiple pages
Printing quality, the top of the printing page is reproduced on the bottem of the page
Cleaned the printer as indicated in the manual
the result of the diagnoses was every thing is ok

Thank you for your message, sadly exhausted that avenue (it was my first point of call) and the conversation lasted 42 minutes and reached the conclusion that the printer was faulty and needed replacing, I'll put you through (Opps sorry I can only offer you a refurbished one for your brand new that failed in set up, let me put you through to a department that can help you, sorry we can't help you can you phone this number!!!!!!!!!!!
In total spent in excess of 5 hours (YES YOU READ THIS CORRECTLY 5 HOURS) on calls trying to establish how to return the faulty printer as no follow up from HP.
Excalated through PayPal and the incompetence continued. Seems HP has so many operating systems and none speak to each other, meaning the only department who can rectify the issue is technical who drop the calls, pass me onto other departments etc.
The CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS Dreadful for a tech company!!!!!!
HP clearly needs to stream line their system. Evaluate the info available to consumers on their website and STOP PRETENDING THAT PROBLEMS NEVER OCCUR. Make available a straight forward reporting system when a problem occurs. It's utterly rediculous and should act as a warning to others not to buy direct from HP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This could happen if the Toner cartridge is not properly locked inside printer and you need to open and then reinsert Toner.
