purchased new cartridges from office depot for my HP Office jet Pro 8620. Installed the new cartridges and received message "Printer Failure" There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP. I am using Windows 11 and my printer worked fine up until I had to replace the cartridges today.

- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

Error lights blinking cannot print
I own a HP LaserJet M110w. The orange exclamation mark and the green power button are blinking and I cannot print. The blue Wi-Fi button is solid and not blinking. Can anybody tell me how to get rid of this error message and enable me to print?

Printer will not print although it will print test page . Diagnostic test does not show any problems . WiFi blue is solid blue . Have tried so many solutions unsuccessfully and am completely baffled and frustrated

Delete All HP M281 Drivers
Go to Start > Print Management > All Drivers
Delete anything related to HP M281
Restart Print Spooler (Windows):
- Search services in the search box. Open the service menu.
- In the list, find Print Spooler.
- Right-click Print Spooler and click Restart.
- If it’s stopped, click Start instead.
- Close the window. Check if the issue persists
Manually Choose the Driver
Select HP Universal Printing PCL6 from the list
Or use your M281-specific driver
Test Print from Notepad
Open Notepad
Type some text > Go to File > Print
Select the M281 and print

Faulty battery
My office just purchase a HP Officejet 250. I went to set it up for the first time and updated the software. After updating the software, I am receiving a faulty battery message. I have tried turning it off and unplugging it for 24 hours, but still get message when turn it on. Can you tell me if this is a firmware issue or if we need to replace the battery.
