POWER RESET 

 

Let's do a power reset on your printer by following the steps below.

 

Press the Power button to turn on the printer.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 15 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

Note: Please connect the printer directly to a wall outlet.

If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

 

Print Scan Doctor

 

HP provides a free tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and resolve printing and scanning problems. 

 

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor from the link below to quickly and automatically perform several troubleshooting tasks known to resolve this issue. 

When this link is clicked, HP Print and Scan Doctor is downloaded using your Internet browser's download capabilities.

Update the firmware on an HP printer


HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.

Hp printer does not print after setup and USB connection.

I have a Hp Deskjet 3755 connected to the computer by USB. It prints the test page OK, but when I print another document, the printer deletes it immediately from the printer queue. I installed and deleted the printer several times with no avail. Any ideas to help?

The printer was not working since 3 days. When i turn on the printer its didn't give any response,but its all light are blow and stuck 

Changed nbn provider. Have connected my printer to new nbn wifi but unable to print.

On hp smart app it’s says I’m connected to wifi and ready to print. I try print from my iPhone to printer and it queues but doesn’t print. Have printed test page fine. I’ve always air printed from my phone no drama

Hello, 

 

Wats up.....

Just update the printer firmware. You can use HP doctor assistant installing using your laptop, or copy the firmware to usb then update firmware using usb.

Have hp deskjet 2752e wireless printer does not print. Solid blue light on top printer panel. Message saying printer not connected? Can put page on glass and will copy that page,but will not print from internet. Tried everything I know.

Zwischendurch druckt mein HP Color LaserJet 3 Seiten, ohne dass ein Druckauftrag ausgelöst wurde. Auf der ersten Seite steht der Text, die zwei anderen Seiten sind leer. Wir verwenden Windows 10 Home, Version 22H2. Dieses Problem besteht seit dem letzten Update.

Wir haben bereits alle Treiber des Druckers deinstalliert und neu installiert. Ebenfalls ist die neueste Firmware des Druckers seit gestern installiert.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was das für ein Problem ist?

Check Basic Connections

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and connected properly.
  • Check if the USB cable (for wired connections) is securely plugged in.
  • If using Wi-Fi, make sure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.

Restart Printer & Computer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Shut down your computer as well.
  • Wait 1-2 minutes, then turn everything back on and check if the error persists.

Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer’s paper tray and remove any stuck paper.
  • Check for any loose or foreign objects inside the printer.

I really do not like to the fact that you have to enroll in some thing before I can use my new printer. It seems that hp has a system to cause you to spend a lot more money than just the original purchase. This is twice that my system was comprised and the printing job and data entry were completely halted and lost either job or apt because I needed to either pay customer Service to correct the issue or I couldn't even use printer or my laptop.

While buying a brand-new printer might sound tempting, let's not give up just yet. There are a few things we can try to get those cards printing again without giving in to the "throw it away" advice. We'll work some magic and see if we can get the HP Envy back on track. 💪

 

Restart the Printer and Computer

  • Turn off the printer. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
  • Restart your computer to ensure there are no pending software issues.

Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Go to Control PanelProgramsPrograms and Features. Find and uninstall any HP printer software.
  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and download the latest drivers. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the drivers.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Update Printer Firmware

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

My printer is disconnected from the Internet and cannot connect. Wi-Fi wireless. The Wi-Fi indicator flashes, the information button resets. Also shows 0! and everything flashes on the screen.
