HP Envy printer - all lights blinking on & off
The printer has all error lights blinking on & off rapidly. It says it's offline. I cannot get it to stop. Have restarted it (and computer) multiple times, as well as unplugging it. Have checked for jams or cartridges being stuck. It stops blinking if you open the casing, but resumes again as soon as it's closed. And by ALL the lights, I mean ALL the lights. The print quantity lights keeps blinking between a 6 and E.
Printer failure message
I have a HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer. I am getting a printer failure message that states “there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP”. I’ve tried turning it off and on but the same message appears. Help!
Printer Stuck in Printhead loop
My printer is stuck in a printhead loop. When restarted (unplugged or powered down) it will tell me I need to allign the printhead. I follow the instructions and it gets stuck with the progress bar that keeps spinning. I have tried restarting and unplugging and even replaced the ink cartridges with ones HP sent me. I cant reset it I cant print with it. It is stuck in one big loop. Please advise.
Printer failure error
This is a HP officejet 7610 printer. It will not work, but display does light up with a "Printer Failure" error. It does not say why the printer is failed, it just will not work

HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 blocking all printing due to using a non-HP chipped cartridge
I installed a non-HP chipped Black ink cartridge and it is now blocking my useage for printing. I've tried updating the firmware, turning "Cartridge Protection" off, and every other suggested fix I could find on the internet. The display continues to display an error of "Non-HP Chip Dectected" and prevents me from printing.
printer asks to load paper into tray 1, but there is only a tray 2
My printer suddenly will not print when I send a job from my computer. It prints test pages. It keeps prompting me to load paper into Tray 1, but the only tray on the printer is labeled "2."

Using HP ENVY 6000 series [C739FC] with macOS Sonoma 14.6.1.
HP Smart software updated via app store.
MacOS software is up to date.
Printer is connected to wifi.
HP Smart print status: ready.
Jobs go to printer and appear in queue. Job does not print automatically. In Print Center I manually start print job. I get the error message: "Print job was not accepted." Printer error occurs with all jobs sent to printer.
Printer does scan documents.
Printer does make copies.
Printer does print jobs from iOS 17.6.1.
Printer does print jobs from iPadOS 17.6.1.
Printer DOES NOT print jobs from macOS 14.6.1.

Thanks you Rachel, after working on the issue more, I received other errors; device error and error in the queue. Apparently the drivers that I downloaded from HP support for this printer and the ones from Microsoft, do not support the HP Psc 950xi printer/scanner on Windows 11.

can't get two sided printing to work even though I checked it
I have an HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw. I have a Chromebook. The printer is connected and working; however, I cannot get it to print two sided. When I print something, there is an option for two sided printing. Even when I check the box, it does not print on both sides. Please help.

For others that might be having the same issue, I spoke to HP TAC and I now know the source of the problem.
My problem was the same as reported with my HP MFP 476dw. I replaced my black toner cartridge with an HP cartridge, the other color cartridges were still good and I printed many documents from my Apple MBP several weeks ago. Last week, my MBP running Sonoma 14, suddenly reported low toner and it wouldn't print. Like the reported problem, after a couple of hours of updating and troubleshooting, I noted my iPhone would print the same file just fine. I spent two hours with Apple support, they helped me load the lates HP software, I delete the printer from the settings, reinstalled and nothing worked. In the end, the MBP reported the print jobs to be waiting for the printer to be ready. The printer was ready and the internal diagnostics reported everything was fine.
In the end, I called the HP support number, it required a fee of $39 because the warranty had expired, I agreed to pay and I was very fortunate to speak to a support person that spoke perfect English, understood the Apple environment and quickly determined we had an expired security certificated. After update the certificate, the printer was fine and it still is.
So, why doesnt' the HP update the certificate automatically, or report the problem as such? I presume that once the certificate has expired, nothing works. I recommend calling HP, spend the $39 and call it a day.
Just for the record, I am displeased with the HP staff member that replied to this thread, requested private email communications and never posted the outcome, but was glad to find the HP TAC member I spoke found the problem quickly and easily. It's possible this problem will affect other older printers for the same reason, so be on the lookout and call HP.

59.F0 error
I have M570dw, it's booting up perfectly. But whenever it tries to print, it gives 59.F0 error. I have disassembled and remove felt pad and clean up the solenoid face that is known to be stucked often. I also check the sensor detecting ITB gear, and I'm sure its working fine. I'm at loss now where to continue this diagnostic. Previous firmware 2002, updated to 2020, error is still there. Without transfer belt it gives error at startup, so as stated before, sensor is ruled out. There is small sound like a slipped gear before main roller spins, but this happens long before with no problem. Can someone give me any clue please. Service manual will be highly appeciated
