if the server can ping the printer IP, a good way to test is to access the embedded web server of the printer from the server and print a report from the web server using the server. That would confirm the server and printer had a stable connectivity, and no firewall or anything is blocking it.
If that prints fine, it would be a good idea to check the printing spool service up and running, or restart it as well.

Hope you are well, try the following steps, go to the system preferences and printers and scanners of one the Mac computers and click on the + and then select the printer and also, change the printer driver, select in front of Use menu dropdown, select Generic PostScript and add the printer, then test it to print by using this new driver.
Also there is a mac hp printer driver available on this link , link , it will be very helpful to get the drivers up to date.

Hello,
Hope you are well, that code normally is related to a printer sensor, its recommended to turn it off , then unplug it and press the power button for around 20 secs when the device is unplugged, then reconnect the printer back into the wall outlet and turn it on.
Also make sure the printer environment to avoid humid conditions.
If printer has been stored below 5 deg C / 41 deg F, bring the printer to an environment greater than 15 deg C / 59 deg F and let it acclimate for 24 hours.
Turn the printer ON after 24 hours and see if error still occurs.

Hello,
Hope you are fine, here are the steps recommended for the diagnostic;
Remove the yellow cartridge, Pull the inner door from the left and then pull it out to open the inner door. Check if there a green plastic piece inside that area, if so, use the blue tab to remove it, if its empty, just close the door again.
As the Tray 2 paper indicator all white, even when the tray has plenty of paper, lifter and transmission swing arms may be disengaged, for this issue it may be required a service tech to repair the unit.

HP 6020E ERROR
I just got the HP 6020e and straight away my ink cartridge won't work and says it is "not communicating correctly with the printer".This is only happening to my black setup cartridge however I do have another black cartridge,could I maybe bypass the setup process or could I somehow fix my black setup ink.

hp envy photo 7855 not starting start up screen frozen at one dot
Hi,
My HP Envy Photo 7855 Printer recently went dead. No activity, no start up noise. Just stuck at one dot on the initialization screen. Unplugged, waited an hour or more, plugged back in, no activity. I have removed and reinstalled the HP genuine cartridges, no activity. I was connected to wi-fi but it's not showing up.
Any other suggestions welcomed. It recently went out of warranty.

Blue Screen and Flashing Lights
My screen turns blue and displays error B3E2DBEB and all the lights flash. It is connected to my wifi, yet my computer will say it is offline but I can still print, but it won't let me scan anything

Getting HP 1022 to print successfully when connected to USB modem
Trying to successfully setup my HP Laserjet 1022 on my Echolife EG8145V5 modem. Having problem getting the printer to print successfully.
Screen shots of modem and printer error below.
Modem recognizes the printer but can't successfully print. Any ideas what to do to resolve the problem?
When I connect the HP 1022 printer directly to my laptop it prints successfully.

If you contact customer support by opening a case they can update the warranty status. You can also just ensure that you retain your proof of purchase, as that will serve to validate your warranty should you have a problem during the standard warranty period.

This printer is a host based device, meaning it does not contain a PCL interpreter and relies on the driver installed on the computer. As such, connecting it to your modem via USB is probably not going to work.

The 2035 is a host based printing system and does not contain a PCL interpreter and the only universal driver you can use is the PCL5 which has not been updated for a few years.

You can downgrade the printer. What you need to do is obtain the .FUL2 firmware file and copy it to a USB key. Then insert that key into the usb slot on the printer and wait. After a couple of minutes it will recognize that there is a firmware file and give you the option to install it.

Re: CP1525 is printing double in black and/or color.
The cartridges are not aligned which is done through the calibration routine. The best option is to do a factory reset or restore which will clear existing calibration data and then do 3 full calibrations of the printer.

Re: Keeps printing 30 copies
Which 4650 do you have,. laserjet or inkjet? On laser printers you can set the number of copies from the control panel of the printer and it will always print the number set. I have often seen students figure this out and sabotage school printers by setting it to print a high number of copies.
