I reinstalled the printer on my laptop and the machine keeps trying to initialize with the word initializing flashing on the screen. I turned off the power and removed the print cartridge. After 30 seconds I turned the power back on. The screen indicated "install black cartridge". I installed the print cartridge and the machine went back to trying to initialize. Any other suggestions?
