I'd like to help.  Can you answer some questions?

1. Is the Model # for your printer an A910a, g or n ?
2. What diagnostics did you run?
3. Can you estimate the ink levels, in percent full for each cartridge, by looking at the printer ink gauge?
4. Do you have the same problem making photocopies as when you send print jobs to the printer?
