HP Photosmart C309a won't print from the internet

I recently had to uninstall and reinstall my HP Photosmart C309a software.  It was working fine before and now I can print from my documents, I can print pictures, but I can't print my DishNetwork receipt. Why?  What is different now?

I am using an HP Pavilion dv7-1267 cl laptop, running Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium  Service Pack 2. I am up to date on all Windows updates as well as A/V updates.

There must be some little something I don't know about or some security setting that needs changing.

Please tell me what I can do to print from the internet a DishNetwork receipt or an eBay PayPal receipt?
