I saw your private message that is not helful at all. Anyway, will contact HP Support to see if they are capable of resolving. The frustration is because before we zero in on cartridge issue vs printed issue we need to purchase additional genuine cartridges and this already costs more than the printer itself. I know HP and others makes money from selling ink not printers - that is OK. What is not ok is making low quality printers to try and sell more printers as a secondary business along with ink!
