HP's case managers are a joke. After calling the one who e-mailed me - and being on hold a LONG time berfore I got to him - it turns out he handles notebook issues!!! I finally got one who handles printer issues and he did NOTHING! He told he it must be a problem with my computer and HP doesn't help with that. He told me I need to call the geek squad. What baloney! I'd use stronger language, but I'd be censored. Never, ever again will I buy a HP product. Their tech support and customer service, at best, is a joke.
