I have a Photosmart A710 that won't print.
When I turn it on it asks me to align the cartride. I load the paper in and it pulls the paper in but then near the end it seems to pull the page back a bit. At this point it will get caught on the paper detector latch (see picture) and the page will be forced on an angle. The page will never be printed on.
I have removed the paper loading tray and manually fed the paper in and this will prevent it from being sent backwards but the printer will still never print on the page.
The only error the printer will output is no paper loaded after feeding the paper through the printer.
I have tried test prints, sample prints and the alignment test. I can't see anything physically wrong with the printer (roller and such), the cartridge shows as being 98% full. I can't find much more information online about what else to try.
Any help would be appreciated.
