OK, since you already replaced the cartridge, I would suggest looking into replacing the unit.
You can also call HP @8004746836 and see what options they have to repair or replace the printer.
The ink system failure means, wither the cartridge is bad, print head is bad or the ink system has failed.
Now, in your case you replaced the cartridge, you have no print head, so I wouldn't doubt the ink system is the issue.
