Replaced yellow ink. Then tried to reset with both the #6 and the #9. Nothing happened either time. Went to "Tool Box" and ran a diagnostic test. It printed out an "Extended Self Test Diagnostic Page" which it had never done before. Always before it just printed out a very short and simple page. This time I got headers and grids. There was nothing in the grids. On the "Print Quality Pattern" part it printed squares of each of the ink cartridges. All the squares look good except the first square where the black should be is white.
At the end of printing the Diagnostic page I got: "The ink system has failed and can no longer print, fax, or copy. Error 0xc18a001."
