Re: Printing in color

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Officejet 6700 Printer is not printing in color. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

• When did this issue start?
• Did you do any hardware or software changes?

Meanwhile

Clean the printhead

1. Load plain white paper into the tray.

2. On the printer control panel, touch the right arrow  to display more options.

3. Touch Setup, and then touch Tools. The Tools Menu displays.

4. Touch Clean Printhead.

5. Wait while the printer completes the printhead cleaning process, and then touch OK.

Perform a power reset

1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
6. Turn on the printer.
