Got an error for a damaged cartridge and when I looked into it there was big globs of ink all on the right side of the printer wuere the carriage docks. Seems like it may have been coming out of the hoses as the majority of the mess was ontop of all the hoses. I spent about 3 hrs cleaning the mess with q tips and alcohol and now Im getting a paper jam error, but there is no paper jam. Cleaned all gears and wheels I could reach without completely dismantling the printer as im not sure I could put it back together. Wondering if anyone has a possible solution to this phantom jam
