Are you facing any print or copy issues with your printer while printing on regular paper?
Please click here for the specifications of your printer.
Once you have the specifications page open on your screen.
Scroll down to paper-handling specifications.
Check under the "Paper tray capacities" for the thickness of the paper supported by your printer.
Please check the thickness of the paper supported by your printer use the paper within the supported limit.
You will not be able to print with the duplexer installed.
