Hi kpullam,
Thank you for providing that information.
Try this document to clear out the spool printer folder.
How to Clear Current Print Queue In Windows Vista & Windows 7.
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
Did you have any other brands of printers installed on this computer?
(some printers take over the print spooler)
If you still encounter issues with print spooler, try to play around with several settings of the printer’s properties:
Go to start, devices and printers, right click the printer, go to printer properties:
- Enable bidirectional support or compatibility on Ports tab.
- Change the printer processor to WinPrint on RAW data type on Advanced tab.
- Enable print directly to printer on Advanced tab to bypass print spooler of Windows.
Let me know if the jobs keep getting stuck.
Thank You.
