Permanently get 1st page false-fake paper jam

Hello to all,

I own an HP Officejet Pro 8500 A910 and for the past few weeks I get a fake paper jam error whenever I submit a job.

This happens when any job is submited (either from the PC, either using the copier function)

After the ''jam'', I press ok and the printer extracts the 1st page out (which was never jammed) and the printing continues uninterrupted.

The fake ''paper jam'' doesn't let the printer to complete alignment or printer status either.

I had tried hard and soft reset, Semi-Full reset, wipe the rolers with a brush, lubricating the axis, removing-cleaning and puting back almost any part of the printer....you name it! NOTHING WORKS

Had someone handled similar case?
