I see that you're having an issue with the printer. You can follow this document, which will guide you through a couple of steps on how to resolve the issue. I understand the printer isn't the same, which the document steps are.
If you have already gone through this document, the only other option would be to replace or repair the unit, which you can call HP @8004746836 for that.
