I have had ongoing messages on the printer re: cartridge alignment, and have been able to get by that by following the prompts, but now It says on the printer "cartridge error, see product documentation for details. I bought the printer from someone else and have been using for 2 yrs with no problems. Is it the cartridge and if so should I try and just remove and replace? I only use a black cartridge but there is a colored one in as well. Any help for this senior citizen would be greatly appreciated. I have a windows 7 set up and an HP computer. Thanks in advance.
