We were using the printer and noticed that some lines were not printing. We just changed the black ink cartridge. We went through all the online troubleshooting process and then cleaned print heads and all cartridges are full but when we check status the black ink does not appear to be there. Sometimes we get a totally clean sheet of paper when we try to print. We are no longer under warranty. Can someone help?
