I see from your post that your printer is only printing in blue now. I would like to try and assist you with that today.
I would suggest that you first run through this document on Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues. A few of the steps may repeat what you have already tried, but there are still many helpful steps within that document.
I would also suggest performing a power reset on your printer. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar.
