Can anyone help with why my Dell laptop that runs Windows XP profesional 2002 version 3 will not print via USB. It will scan documents through the HP Printer Assitant. I ran the Print & Scan doctor and manage to get that to print 2 test pages, however when I click the test page nothing intially happens until I click No Print then it ask if you'd like to print an internal test page. Once you click test print then it prints the HP Print Quality and Diagnostic Report but not any of my internal documents. The reports indicates no issues.
I've updated the software from the HP website and the drivers - the NETwork 3.5 service pack.
Any ideas? Cheers
