prints 2 pages, not 1

My HP 3280 All in One is somehow defaulted to print 2 copies of everything I print.  I can't figure out how to change it back to print just one copy. 

I went into print preferences(Selected Printer, from Start...printers....print preferences - Features Tab) and it is set to print "1 sheet per page".

What else can I do to fix the issue?  I am wasting paper.
