***** I see that many people suffered the same exact issue with one of my HP products and have filed a class action lawsuit against you for knowingly selling the faulty product.

I am DONE with HP.
Terrible products.
Terrible customer service.
A lethal combination in an ever-expanding and competitive market.
I have purchased two different products. BOTH have presented with known defects from the manufacturer and in order to fix them so they work, HP's "customer support" informed me that I would have to pay them more money for the replacement parts/repair.
?!?!?!
YOU (knowingly) sold me defective products with faulty parts. I bought them in GOOD FAITH.
Harvard business school professor was correct when describing companies like HP and Dell when he said "these troubling developments may undo their reputation in the business world as being the archetype of efficiency, outsourcing, and tight inventories." Welcome to HP's Marketing and Selling Structure.
HP products are terrible. A company that truely believed in what they sell stands behind their product, offering great guarantees and customer service. This is exactly the opposite case when talking about HP. The product is NOT of satisfactory quality nor "fit for purpose". That goes directly against the Sale of Goods Act.
