My printer has the exclamation mark flashing, and when you press it, it keeps printing the same 'report' page that says "Printer cannot print." "A problem has occured and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports, until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information." Of course my HP account has no helpful or diagnostic information. My wireless status is connected, there's an entirely new ink cartridge (ordered directly from HP) installed, and everything else is good, it just will not stop printing these reports. What can I do? I've tried removing the toner, unplugging printer, plugging it back in, putting toner back in, checking the IPv4 address, removing the printer from windows, re-adding it. What else can I try? This is infuriating.
