Hi @Sgilbert78,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for sharing the issue. I understand your HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer is showing:
- No power
- Battery fully charged
- Flashing orange light when pressing the power button
This typically indicates a hardware fault or firmware issue. Here's how to troubleshoot it:
1. Perform a Hard Reset
- Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reinsert the battery and reconnect the power adapter.
- Try powering it on again.
2. Check the Battery and Power Adapter
- Try powering the printer without the battery (adapter only).
- Then try with battery only (no adapter).
- If it powers on in one mode but not the other, the issue may be with the battery or adapter.
3. Check for Firmware Recovery Mode
- Press and hold the Power + Cancel + Resume buttons together for 10–15 seconds.
- If the printer enters a recovery or diagnostic mode, follow the on-screen instructions or connect it to a PC with HP Smart.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
