Hi @NADRTR,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for reaching out. The error code 62.80.03 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e typically indicates a printhead-related issue, such as a connection problem, misalignment, or printhead failure.
1. Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn off the printer while it's powered on.
- Unplug it from the wall and wait 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn the printer on.
2. Check the Printhead
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- If possible, gently remove and reseat the printhead and cartridges.
- Ensure all cartridges are properly clicked into place.
- Close the printer and see if the error clears.
3. Update Firmware (if accessible)
If the printer is still responsive, update the firmware:

4. Perform a Semi-Reset
If the error persists and the printer menu is available:
- From the control panel, go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore > Restore Factory Defaults.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
