I have followed your instructions exactly, and am now running the Full Feature Software for the printer. Before now, I was only using the driver from the CD it came with. I was able to print a test page after installation and then print another document without having to reboot, so it is possible that the problem has gone away. I usually don't declare a problem solved until I've tested it successfully for about a week after first believing it to be fixed, so I will get back to you at that time with an update on whether the problem has come back or if it is still working correctly. Thanks for your help. Also, I am not much of a James Bond fan; the username is one I've used for a long time, from back when I was more into some of the 007 video games. :smileytongue:
