You can also ask Microsoft's Copilot how to fix the printer. Be sure to identify it as LaserJet, Officejet or Deskjet as some model names are identical but the printer is different. Be sure to ask Copilot for videos. Copilot has access to features and information that might be missing from the older HP manuals available on the web.
HP has a YouTube support page where can watch videos that answer questions and solve problems on HP printers. Typically unboxing, cleaning printheads and on rare occasion, Wi-Fi setup. Multiple language videos are usually available. You can also ask Microsoft's Copilot if you have the latest versions of Windows 10 or 11.
