Thanks Waterboy. After doing some investigating on our own, we came to the same conclusion.
We went back to the store, as the tech there sold us on the fact that the printer as we purchased it would definitely duplex print. To their credit, they completely backed up their claim by ordering for us, free of charge, a duplexing unit.
In that regard, I now have a new question. How do the Macs and the PC on my network know when the duplex unit is installed? Does an installation CD come with the unit? At present, the printer dialog on the Macs do not even offer duplexing as an option.
