I understand you are only receiving black and magenta ink when printing a document. I realize you have performed some necessary troubleshooting steps. I would recommend following this entire HP document on Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues.
The document does suggest to print a "Quality Diagnostic Report". However, since you already printed this sheet, you don't have to print another one. Please try "Cleaning the Printhead" again and "Calibrate Linefeed".
Open the door where your Printheads sit, make sure the ink tubes are correct:
