Sincere Warning to Fellow HP Users: Avoid This Printer Model
As someone who has been a loyal HP customer for years—and an engineer by training—I’ve always trusted HP for reliable, high-performing products. Unfortunately, this latest printer has been a major disappointment.
Despite my technical experience and exhausting every troubleshooting step—including reinstalling software, factory resets, and working with HP support—the printer still displays “setup incomplete” and consistently prints blank pages. I’ve invested in expensive cartridges, only to be left with a device that simply doesn’t function.
This isn’t a case of user error or skipping steps—this is a faulty product experience. I strongly urge others: do not purchase this model. If you already have, return it as soon as possible.
HP has built a solid reputation, but this product falls far below their standard.
